2012 Team EquiPride Sponsorship Applications - November 1, 2011

First of all, we would like to thank all of you for your interest in becoming a member of our 2012 Team EquiPride. We are expecting many worthy candidates, but unfortunately we can only select a few to represent our 2012 Team EquiPride.
