Horse: Lonesome Playboy DNA

My horse's name is Lonesome Playboy DNA; he is a l6 yr. old gelding. He is a cutting horse that has won in excess of $60,000.00 and he has had chronic joint problems his entire performance career.

The medications he has been given over this extended period of time have caused him digestive problems. In the Fall of 2001 he coliced and was extremely close to having surgery but luckily we were able to avoid the colic surgery. After this occurred, Lonesome did not do well. He would take 4-6 hours to finish each feeding; his hair coat was extremely dull. During this time we were feeding top quality feed, the best vitamins available along with the best Biotin source money could buy.

In August of 2002, I was introduced to EquiPride and started feeding it to Lonesome. He immediately started eating it and in less than 2 weeks he was finishing his feed in 30 minutes and 30 days he was finishing each feeding in 10 min. What was really noticeable was the unbelievable change in his hair coat, mane and tail. He also feels better than he has in months. We also started feeding all of our mares, colts, and horses in training.
